WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days ordering. Custom work usually requires additional time.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY?
If unused, unopened, and undamaged, products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once item is received and assessed, a refund will initiated. Please note, custom work cannot be refunded.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK YOU?
Sooner is always better! We have couples book us as far as 6 months in advance or as little as 3 weeks out. However, the closer we are to your wedding or event date, the higher chance we will already be booked and unable to accommodate your inquiry. Reach out early so we can get the creative juices flowing!
DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH COUPLES IN SAN DIEGO?
Heck no! While we’re based in San Diego, we can travel to most parts of Southern California and can ship almost everything we offer to couple’s out of state.

We firmly believe, love is love. We gladly welcome and celebrate couples of all genders, races, and sexual orientations.
DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH WEDDING CLIENTS?
No, we can create pieces for all other types of celebrations! Baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, corporate events, you name it, we will work with you!
CAN WE START THE BOOKING PROCESS WITHOUT KNOWING ALL THE DETAILS OF WHAT WE NEED/WANT?
Absolutely! In fact we encourage this! If you know you want one or two things we always recommend reaching out to secure your spot on our calendar. We can always add to and/or adjust an invoice throughout the process.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO WORK WITH YOU?
Like every wedding and each couple’s love story, all quotes are completely personalized and unique. While we do work with individual needs & budgets, on average a couple spends anywhere between $600.00 - $3,000.00.
