  • When will my order ship?

    First, thank you for placing an order! I'm so grateful! I aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. During the holiday season I kindly ask for an extra day or two to get your orders out. 

  • What is your return and refund policy?

    If unused, unopened, and not damaged, products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once item is received and assessed, a refund will be initiated. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 

  • My order is missing items, can I get a replacement?

    If your order is missing items or incorrect items were received, claims must be received within 48 hours of delivery. Items may be exchanged or a replacement will  be sent out with valid proof. Items lost in the mail or delayed with the carrier will not be replaced. 

  • Do you offer custom work?

    At this time, I am unable to offer custom work. This also means, I'm unable to offer any customization on cards and products. 

  • Where can I find your products locally?
