How soon will my order ship?

We aim to ship all orders within 1-4 business days. During the holiday season we kindly ask for an extra day or two to get your orders out. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the US and Canada. While we'd love to spread joy worldwide, we're keeping it local for now. Stay tuned for future updates!

What shipping methods do you use?

All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS at IMG discretion. If you need to upgrade, you may do so at checkout!

Will my entire order ship together?

We do our best to ship your entire order together in one package, but sometimes certain items might ship separately if they don't fit in the same box. You'll receive two different tracking numbers if that happens!

Do you offer local pick up?

Not yet but soon! We are currently working on offering local pickup and hope to have this feature available in the near future! Stay tuned for updates.

What should I do if I receive incorrect or missing items?

Oops! Sorry about that. If your order is missing items or incorrect items were received, please notify within 48 hours of delivery. Items may be exchanged or a replacement will be sent out with valid proof. Items lost in the mail or delayed with the carrier will not be replaced. 

What is your return and refund policy?

If unused, unopened, and undamaged, products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once item is received and assessed, a refund will be initiated. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs back to us.

My order was marked as delivered but it's not here!

If your order was marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please wait 24 hours as sometimes packages show up a bit later. If it still hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and ensure the shipping address entered at checkout was accurate. If it's still no where to be found, please contact your local post office with your tracking information. Unfortunately, there isn't much we, as the sender, can do on our end.

Do you offer custom work?

At this time, I am unable to offer custom work. This also means, I'm unable to offer any customization on cards and products. 

What about digital downloads?

Not at this time.
